Regulatory Framework:
Indus Capital is a registered Exempt Market Dealer, Restricted Portfolio Manager and Investment Fund Manager in good standing with the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC), British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) and Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
The securities regulators impose restrictions on Registered Dealers including requirements of minimum capital and adequate disclosure to protect the investors. As a Registered Dealer, Indus Capital Inc. is subject to ongoing audits by the Regulators.
